Metal Fabrication Services provide the best most efficient processes while applying powder coating to your parts.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LIQUID PAINT & POWDER COATING?
Powder coating is applied as a dry powder. The difference between liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension. The coating is applied using an electrostatic process that allows the powder to adhere to the surface of the part. It's then cured under heat to allow the powder it to flow and form.
LONGEVITY OF YOUR PARTS
Powder coating creates a hardened finish far tougher and more durable than that found applying conventional paint to metal parts.
